Not only is she fun and pleasant to work with, she also goes far and above getting all the repairs done that were needed with her connections. All I had to do was enjoy my vacation and write a check. Our Realtor, Ingrid, was wonderful to work with. Her communication was amazing and she is extremely knowledgeable about the market. We ended up moving states while trying to sell our house, and she handled everything. She went above and beyond with our house, even the smallest details, like power washing the driveway before an open house, she would get done. We new our house was in good hands while being in another state. Ingrid and her team were referred to us by a friend and we are so grateful to have used them to sell our house and would 100% recommend them for anyone looking for a realtor.
