Being a retired realtor and knowing literal thousands of Realtors, there is no one I would want to work with than Ingrid. Not only is she fun and pleasant to work with, she also goes far and above getting all the repairs done that were needed with her connections. All I had to do was enjoy my vacation and write a check. Thank you Ingrid and James"her husband who also did a ton of work personally" to make home selling and buying as joyful as it can be.
